Korean girls call their boyfriends "ohba" to be cute it means older brother but colloquially like I said they use it to be cute.
Oppa, doesn't always have to be for your boyfriend, just a guy that's older than you. Whether you guys are close or just acquaintances, it's customary to use this. I heard this word comes with a lot of aegyo (cutesy, flirty talk) for some girls, like "ooppaaa~~~!!!" Comment by: aj

The original meaning word by word would be, don't laugh. But in Korean slang, it's defined as, bullshit!(but not known as profanity) or Yeah right!(sarcasm). If someone were give you a bogus story, you would say, Oot-ggi-ji-mah!
